Lab Tech/ Production Worker

Programmed are seeking a reliable and hands-on Lab Technician / Production Assistant to join our client based at Scoresby. They are behind some of Australia and New Zealand's most trusted building products for homes and commercial buildings. This role supports the production of foil lining used in insulation and involves basic product testing and quality checks.



Key Responsibilities

• Conduct basic testing on insulation products, including:
• Flammability testing
• Strength testing
• General quality assurance checks
• Ensure finished products meet required specifications
• Assist production (floor) staff as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

About You

• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Willingness to engage and support floor staff
• Comfortable working in a hands-on, manufacturing environment
• Reliable and proactive with good attention to detail

Requirements

• Ability to work in a manufacturing setting (may be slightly dusty/dirty)
• Must wear steel cap boots and high-visibility vest
• Good communication skills and a collaborative approach
